In 2011 all ABA Nationals will use the new random cadence. It's crazy... you have no knowledge of time lapse between "watch the lights" and the beeps indicating the gate drop. This pretty much puts the control+alt+delete on the beloved slingshot, because it's totally random!

Local tracks have the option of cadence for 2011; however I have noticed other tracks around the country (that are set up for the random cadence... not sure what that entails) are now holding practices using the random cadence, which is cool.

Obviously, it is certainly an advantage for racers intending to race in the Nationals to have the random cadence used locally for 2011.

I haven't been that nice this year, so will someone in good standing write a nice letter to Santa?

Plate includes: spagetti with a homemade meat sauce, toss salad, french bread, and a homemade brownie.
