what would be the price for a frame x fork x handle bars?

According to Dwayne at BIKEFACTORY, he say's that they do real good work and the price is reasonble. If you need prices you should call them. You can call around for prices or you can talk to guys that had their bikes Powder Coated who is the best for prices and workmanship. There are a few places on the island that do powder coating. Look em up and call or see them in person and look at their work and you decide.

You can also try Hi Tech Coatings. Ive used Mekala's and got ok results but Ive seen a couple bikes done at Hi Tech and I plan on using them next. They are in Campbell Industrial park as well, ph:682-2000
