Just do one cup at a time and you'll be alright.
Just hit the local City mil and get a long bolt some thick hevy washers and a large nut. Or just hav e ashop press in the cups, gotta be cheap like less than 5 bucks.

thats what i did, i just made one like what is pictrued above but home depo only had the threaded rod in 2 ft long sections so mine is long, as soon as i get a dremmel im going to cut it though.
i called the shop and they wanted 10 dollars.. it was a tech i was talking to and he sounded like he was estimating so it prolly woulda been cheaper or even free since im in there alot.
if you live in millz i can cut it for you with my chop saw
